David Phillips was raised in Apple Valley he attended elementary school, middle school, and graduated high school all in Apple Valley. Phillips furthered his education and graduated with a BA from Brooks Institute in Ventura California. After college Phillips came home to the town he loves to work in his family's heating and air business.
David Phillips works with his two brothers Rick Phillips and Jake Phillips, his Sister Kelly Feldman, and his parents Richard and Georgette Phillips. He has 7 nieces and 7 nephews and plays an active role in being a responsible role model for each of them. |
